<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>What is climate change?</strong></h4>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Climate change is a long term change in patterns of humidity, precipitation, temperature, wind, seasons and sea levels. While these things fluctuate on a natural cycle, statistics point out that there are more major and thorough changes taking place than have in previous geologic history.  Specific climate patterns are critical to all environments.  A change in patterns of rainfall will result in alterations in the blooming of flowering crops and plants that human beings including animals depend on. Warmer temperatures can cause die offs of plants which provide habitat for animal species. The climate is dangerous to the health of our planet. As we can see today, disasters everywhere have started.</strong></h4>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>The main purpose for Earth Hour is to improve community consciousness of the need for important energy-use reduction and the need to take action on climate change by engaging as many businesses, communities and individuals around Planet Earth as possible to turn the lights off for an hour.</strong></h4>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>This simple act will not only increase awareness of the impacts of climate change on our world, but also motivate individuals to take practical action to reduce their own carbon marks.</strong></h4>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Being able to be part of something public, even if it is as simple as turning off the lights, gives us a chance to say, we are a part of this too.</strong></h4>
<h4 style="text-align:justify;"><strong>So, today at 8:30 in the evening, my lights will be off for an hour. Will yours too?</strong></h4>

If I am not mistaken this one is from “The Fatima Crusader”. Here it is:</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>The Church has given permission to reveal to the people the last part of the message. The Blessed Virgin appeared to 3 children in Fatima, Portugal, in 1917 …. This is a proven fact; one of these children was Lucia, (died 2-13-05).</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>She was a cloistered nun, and lived in a monastery in Portugal. Lucia disclosed the message for the first time; to Pope Pius XII who, after reading, sealed it and stored it away without making it public. Later Pope John XXIII read it and, in the same manner as his predecessor, he kept it out of the public eye because he knew that once revealed; it would bring desperation and panic to mankind. But now the time has come, and permission has been granted from Pope John Paul II to reveal it to the children of God (this is not to create panic, but to make God’s people aware of this important message and be prepared).</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>The Virgin told Lucia: ‘Go, my child, and tell the world what will come to pass during the 1950’s – 2000’s. Men are not practicing the Commandments that God has given us. Evil is governing the world and is harvesting hate and resentment all over.  Men will fabricate mortal weapons that will destroy the world in minutes!&#8230; where half of the human race will be destroyed. The war will begin against Rome, and there will be conflicts amongst religious orders.</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>God will allow all natural phenomena like smoke, hail, cold, water, fire, floods, earthquakes, winds and inclement weather to slowly batter the planet.</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>These happening will come to pass before the year 2012.</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>“For those who don’t/won’t believe… this is the time… Your beloved mother told you:… those lacking charity towards others, in words and deeds and those who do not love their neighbor like my beloved Son has loved you all… cannot survive! They will wish to have died. God will punish severely those who do not believe in him, those who despise him and those who did not have time for him.” ‘I call upon all of you to come to my son Jesus Christ. God will help the world, but all loyalty will be destroyed!’</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>Father Agustin, who lives in Fatima, said that Pope Paul VI gave him permission to visit Sister Lucia, a cloistered nun (she did not leave the monastery nor was allowed to receive any visitors). Father Agustin said that she received him greatly overwhelmed and told him: “Father, Our Lady is very sad because nobody is interested in her prophecy of 1917, though the righteous are walking through a narrow path the evil ones are walking through an ample road that is leading them straight to their destruction! Believe me, Father, the punishment will come very soon. Many souls will be lost and many nations will disappear from the earth.</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>But, in the middle of all these, if men reflect, pray and practice sincerity, good deeds, kindness and respect, the world can saved…. However, if men persist with evil ways – greed, hatred, selfish acts, rivalry, and riff, the world will be lost forever! The time has come for all to pass on the message of our Blessed Lady to their families, friend, and to the entire world.</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>Continue praying, make penitence and sacrifices. We are close to the last minute of the last day and the catastrophes are near. Due to this, many that were far from the Church will return to the open arms of the Church of Jesus Christ.</em></strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong><em>The joining of the churches will result in one Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church… England, Russia, China, Jews, Buddhists, Muslims, Hindus, Protestants, etc…. all will return believing and worshipping God our Creator, in his beloved Son and in Blessed Mother Virgin Mary.</em></strong></p>

Are you so accustomed to the pale, cardboard tomatoes in the stores that you have forgotten what they are supposed to taste like? Because it has become so important to make sure that tomatoes survive great shipping distances, most of the advances in growing and hybridizing have been economical, rather than nutritional or gastronomical.</strong></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Among the most recognizable varieties in the stores are the cherry tomato, the plum tomato and the slicing tomato. Unless you are lucky enough to be able to grow your own, here are some shopping tips you should try to follow:</strong></p>
<ul style="text-align:justify;">
<li><strong>Do not buy tomatoes from a refrigerator; the cold spoils them. Exposure to temperatures under 55 degrees during growth or after harvest prevents the tomato from ripening properly and developing a full flavor.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Look for heavy, plum tomatoes with soft skins, they must be free of bruises; the leaves should be green and fresh.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ripe tomatoes are sweet-smelling, but even more green ones should have a mild fragrance. If they have no aroma at all, they were probably picked when they were still quite immature; they never will ripen.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Pick a size that works for you. The size has no bearing on the flavor, texture or quality.</strong></li>
<li style="text-align:justify;"><strong>Tomatoes that are too ripe can still be used in sauces.</strong></li>

Let these words from Scripture shape your daily life: “As Gods’ chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.”</strong></span></p>

<li><span style="color:#ffff00;"><strong>Avoid the two D’s of inaction</strong></span></li>
</ul>

Perhaps the greatest test of our kindness is whether or not we can be kind to those who have hurt us by their words or deeds.</strong></span></p>

It may be a child who needs a word of encouragement, a spouse who needs your praise, a stranger who needs the cheer of your smile, or a work colleague who needs you to listen and understand. The opportunities for daily kindness are as close as the air you breathe.</strong></span></p>

Plan simple meals, if you cook, make a double batch and save some for later.</strong></span></p>

Endorphins are a gift from God; they reward you when you do things that are good for you, such as exercising, nursing your baby, or accomplishing a meaningful task. Exercise is especially important during depression. Besides releasing endorphins and improving general health, it helps regulate your appetite and your sleep patterns.</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#ffff00;"><strong>Creative hobbies are another way to relieve depression. You won’t feel like doing much, but if you join a friend. It’s easier to get started. Watching TV may seem to feel good, but it pulls you down. If you do watch TV, make it a comedy and watch with someone else.</strong></span></p>

<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#ffff00;"><strong>Several psychological treatments are proven to improve symptoms and prevent relapse, even in severe cases. The better the therapist, the better the treatments work. Cognitive therapy helps you change the way you think about what happens to you. Simply said, it puts you in charge of your thoughts in order to improve your feelings. Cognitive therapy may include scheduling fun activities, learning social skills to deal with difficult people, or practicing active stress management.</strong></span></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#ffff00;"><strong>In some cases traditional “insight-oriented”, therapy may help you figure out what’s really bothering you so you can decide what to do about it.</strong></span></p>

It works better when prescribed by a psychiatrist rather than an internist or family practice doctor. Psychiatrists are more familiar with the best ways to use these medicines. It’s a tricky business to detect side effects that may resemble the illness, of knowing when to change doses versus when to change medicines, and especially to know whether other forms of treatment are needed to complete the cure.</strong></span></p>

There is a potential for harmful side effects, or interactions with food or medicines. Even though they’re sold over the counter, they can cause you serious harm.</strong></span></p>
